That’s what I told a general a few days ago. He said the legality is for lawyers to figure out, otherwise I can get the vaccine or be forcibly retired.
There’s no FDA approved vaccine it’s not a lawful order. Even if they say they’re interchangeable which is smoke and mirrors. A naval officer just plead his case and won against corrupt DOD. Godspeed.
I have proof I have thrombocytopenia conditions and yet all army doctors refused to recommend me for a medical exemption. Even if I pull the cdc reports of blood clothing adverse reactions, they say …well they are rare so you should be OK. I still didn’t take the vaccine. I served honorably for over 12 years called a hero until last year and treated like a criminal this year for refusing a vaccine that could harm me or even kill me. I’m still fighting but I am exhausted mentally.
